The AI bootcamp NEUON ran in its own office: every desk taken, every screen open, and no product being sold. The company’s complaint about Sarawak has always been that its people leave for want of advanced technology work rather than for want of ability. A bootcamp is the smallest useful answer to that — you cannot hire from a pipeline you have not helped fill.
